National Brewers

Player / coach / manager Dave Mattingly moved to Germany after 11 seasons and the National Premiums had another management change as Ray Peloquin took over the operation of the team. The Premiums returned to the Washington CHL, but still were without a sponsor. The lack of sponsorship money increased the cost to the players and continued to harm the club's viability. The Premiums continued to play in the CHL for several more seasons, until disbanding. There is not any statistical information available for the National Premiums after the 1983-84 season.
